The Brief
Amanda from temple+co approached us with the vision of selling products online that were truly made from good ingredients. She had a name, temple+co, but needed branding and an eCommerce store.
To fulfill the project's goals, Firebrand were tasked with creating a sophisticated identity that would be instantly recognisable to consumers and represent the premium products that temple+co produce. This same level of quality also needed to be applied to a new eCommerce store.
The Solution
Firebrand's design solution is highly visual and enticing, speaking to the brand's values and representing the products that temple+co supply. In addition to the clean identity, we developed a stamp-like element for use on stickers and packaging along with a unique pattern. This pattern was applied to boxes, compliment cards, tissue paper and much more.
The key design elements were used in the design for a new Shopify-powered eCommerce store. Key to the website's design was a simple user-flow and the addition of elements to offer shoppers a personalised and considered experience. To further enhance the customer experience, we incorporated marketing automation, a loyalty system and monthly product bundles.
The Result
At the time of launch temple+co stocked 14 brands but are now stocking twice as many including some beautiful products!
Return customers are the norm for temple+co with the loyalty system and Amanda's fantastic email marketing keeping shoppers hooked. We love shopping at temple+co for the excellent unboxing experiences and discovery of new, exciting brands. We can't wait to see the store continue to grow!
